Bridal Shower Inspiration

I wanted my shower to be closely tied to the theme of my traditional Spanish style wedding without losing its own unique character. After much thought, I eventually decided that I wanted to go with a desert theme.

My sister at Beijos Events helped me transform this vision into a reality. She went with soft neutral and natural tones of flower arrangements along with some hints of cactus and bougainvillea. These were my favorite flower arrangements to date. I thought they were so unique and beautiful, and the Bougainvillea was to die for. Its amazing how flowers can bring so much beauty to decor. I think it is one of the most important features when decorating your event.

I loved my white geometric patterned cactus cake as well. It was simple, yet blended in perfectly with the rest of the decorations.

Copper chairs and white linens added to the simple rustic feel we were going for.

I chose a white dress that, to me, resembled a flower. I did have some reservations over it since I have a very short torso and usually this type of cut does not compliment my body type very well. But, I fell in love with it, and Im glad I did since it  seemed to actually fit in well with the look of my shower.

So grateful for my sister who owns an event company called Beijos Events. I couldn't have made this happen without them.
